What happens if a guard loses network connection?
Scans and check-ins are saved on the device and sent automatically once the connection comes back. Nothing is lost.
Can we connect VigilGuard to our own systems?
Yes. We provide an API so you can pull shift and incident data into your existing payroll or reporting tools.
How is guard location data handled?
Location is recorded only during active shifts, for the sites a guard is assigned to, and is visible to their supervisor.
